Please join us for the 4th Annual Tampa Bay Linedance Classic which is located in beautiful Tampa, Florida! Last year we had over 500 dancers from all over the world and expect many more this year. The hotel sold out last year and we expect another sellout this year as well. This event has been featured in many line dance magazines/newsletters and talked about all over the world. If you ever wanted to go to a linedance event which featured only line dancing and the very best instructors, then you will not want to miss this one. We have added even more floor this year to accommodate the growing numbers.
The Tampa Bay area is a beautiful sight to see, so come early or stay late and enjoy many of the local attractions. Walt Disney World is just a couple of hours away, and the beach is only minutes away! Plenty of golfing, sightseeing and shopping to do when you aren't busy dancing!
A dance preview will be available for you on Friday and Saturday night so that you can make plans for the workshops that you would like to take for the next day. There will be plenty of workshops and LOTS of open dancing going on all the time.
We have setup a special ballroom just for the Florida instructors that will be teaching you some great easy dances. We have a lot of instructors that live in the Florida area that really wanted to teach, so we made sure they had some time slots available. Take some classes from some of the instructors as they will be teaching a lot of beginner and improver classes. Florida instructors are: Doug Westerlund, AJ Clayton, Mary Ann Young and Jean Brewer.
There is a free shuttle from the airport (TPA) for everyone who is flying in from out of town. If you need any other directions or assistance in case you are driving, then please do not hesitate to contact your Event Director asap. Onsite registration will be available beginning Friday morning and PRE-registration will be available for pickup on Thursday night.
If you are not already an LDI member, then go ahead and signup for that as you will be entitled to discounts at all LDI sanctioned events throughout the country!
