• The Tarheel Dance Classic will again be in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dates for this event are: September 22-24, 2006. Event location will be announced soon!
   
• Thanks for visiting Line Dance International's official home on the net.  The first LDI fully sanctioned event took place in Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA September 30, through October 1 of 2000. There were over 300 dancers from all over the world dancing to the newest and hottest line dances. Everyone had a blast.
  
  

• Line Dance International is pleased to announce the  Tampa Bay Linedance Classic will be held again in Tampa, Florida November 2-5, 2006 at the luxurious DoubleTree Hotel-Tampa Westshore. Your Event Director for this event is Arline Winerman. We have invited the followiing instructors for this event already: John Robinson, Peter Metelnick, Alison Biggs, Guyton Mundy, Michael Barr, The Brit Pack (Neville Fitzgerald, Big Dave & ???), Bryan McWherter, Vivienne Scott,  Bill McGee, Stella Cabecca, Junior Willis, Robin Sin, Maurice Rowe, AJ Clayton, Mary Ann Young, Jean Brewer, Doug Westerluncd, Kathy Gurdjian, Mark Cosenza and Glen Pospieszny. This event will be a fantastic dance event with lots of open dancing. There will be a fabulous Dinner & Show on Saturday night. Please join us for our 4th Annual event in the Tampa area!
  

• If you are interested in holding a LDI Sanctioned event in your area, then please email Scott Hucks and he can fill you in on just what it takes to start your own event and get in on all the fun. LDI events can be either just for fun or you can include LDI Sanctioned Competition if you so desire. I would like to take this opportunity for any of you that are located in countries other than the USA to contact me about being the first to start LDI Sanctioned events in your country. This is an opportunity of a lifetime! Rules will be changing to better reflect the ever growing number of competitors that wish to compete!
